Recruitment and training

Educare Skills Training is the sister company of BS Care that provides training services not just to BS Care but to the care industry as a whole. Educare looks to continually develop care industry staff to increase existing knowledge and ensure that the relevant training is provided for specific positions within care teams.

Educare also inducts and trains staff new to the care industry to Diploma levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.

They have recently been awarded the tender from West Sussex County Council for the provision of Basic Emergency First Aid training.
