Advisory services

Our support staff are dedicated to helping you plan and receive the care you need. They will take the time to work with you to develop a personalized support plan that outlines the care you require and explore all possible options to deliver that care.

Our staff will communicate with you to understand your specific care needs and will gather information on the availability of the care required, providing guidance to help you make informed decisions. They will also act on your behalf where necessary and help you maintain records.

In addition, our support staff will encourage and assist you in developing informal support networks in your local community, which can offer a range of benefits.

It’s important to note that our staff will never make any decisions for you. Instead, they will offer guidance, listen to your preferences, and put into place the support plan that you have decided upon.
