Quality is paramount throughout our care and support services and it is important to BS Care that our service users are fully satisfied with the services and support that we provide them.

A comprehensive Quality Assurance process is carried out throughout the year to ensure that we continue to provide a consistently high quality service. This includes review visits, quality questionnaires/surveys and six monthly risk assessments.
