Our support staff will take the time to help you plan for the care you need. They are skilled in helping you complete a support plan which details the care you need and explore the possibilities of how to deliver that support.
They will make enquiries as to the availability of the care you require, exploring all the options and providing information to help you make decisions. They will speak on your behalf where necessary and help you maintain records.
Our support staff also like to encourage and help you develop informal support networks in the wider community, which can bring an enormous range of benefits.
Crucially, they will not make any decisions for you. They’ll offer advice and listen, putting into place a the support plan which you decide upon.
