Registered with the Commission for Social Care and Inspection, Hampshire Domiciliary Care Association and United Kingdom Home Care association We work closely with social services, Primary Care Trusts (PCT’s) we are able to offer specialist services to all including Direct Payments, Individualised budgets, Private care and “24 hour live in” care.

Under the direction of Anne Taylor, Director and Zoë Hall, Registered Manager, BS Care employs a caring and friendly team of staff from care workers to office staff all working together to provide a reliable quality service, able to meet the needs of the service user.

The Senior Care Worker team dedicated to each area, support both the staff in working practice and the Service user in ensuring they have a responsive service, which meets their needs.
To ensure continual quality our senior care workers supervise our care workers and meet with them regularly to ensure training and development needs are met.
Our senior care workers monitor the care workers performance by carrying out quarterly supervisions, appraisals, Probationary’s, Field Reports and Spot Checks.

Our care staff are provided with a comprehensive training programme, delivered in house by Educare Skills Training. All staff are encouraged and supported to progress to NVQ level; indeed the majority of our staff hold the NVQ 2 award and are working towards level 3. All newly recruited staff are CRB checked.
